I was curious to see how I passed from the point of view the food, the famous triptych typical of my area. Christmas Eve dinner, Christmas dinner and Boxing Day lunch. I was curious because after reading the book "the miracle of the alkaline pH" dr. Robert O. Young (was premiered at the Rome conference Kangen water of 18 December last year) and after becoming a frequent user of Kangen water has changed many of my habits in relation to food (and many changes in the near future thanks to dr. Young).
I have not fully embraced a new lifestyle because I believe that things should be digested, a little at a time, and even wanted to isolate myself in the festivities at the table in the famous group consumed three days. Faced with endless treats both sweet and savory my body behaved like a true English gentleman. No attack on mixed fried, roasted, smoked salmon or several Christmas cakes. I liked to taste a bit 'of everything (I have not touched the meat!) And in front of countless cakes and non- My palate has been a sober taste sweet. I was amazed at myself! Only until last year (Christmas 2009) I was able to eat a whole pandoro in a day or gorging on the leftovers of the night on the evening of 25 or 26. None of that. And I had to do some mental and physical fatigue. Only I did not! I could not drink alcohol, I have not drunk anything at the table eating, and supported by my Kangen water, I managed to digest everything quickly and without fatigue. The result is: no guilt, no swollen belly to be disposed of in the days following, energy to spare! And I was happy in the company of friends and family! (Now someone is asking me what 'is my secret).
