The beauty of the Alkaline Diet - Part One (the second in a couple of weeks)


I combined with my usual daily consumption of Kangen water pH 9.5 some changes in nutrition as indicated by the book "The miracle of the alkaline pH" dr. Robert O. Young . I state that followed in its entirety, the instructions of Dr. Young is very difficult for those accustomed to a Mediterranean diet or a European power. The alkaline foods are few compared to the variety of foods that we usually see to pass on our tables. Some foods are processed, some spices or sprouts are grown at home and, for those who have not provided a local market or health food store close, it's getting really difficult. You should be equipped with vegetables to squeeze the juice (not the equipment to cool the centrifuge) and various other devices are not always used here. The first step I did was to prepare the magnificent salad vegetables rich in alkaline. I introduce you to my typical daily salad that still maintains a moderate success in the family:

- tomatoes

- lettuce and / or radicchio

- cucumbers

- raw spinach

- radishes (now they are many)

- avocado

- lemon (the juice as a condiment)

- oil

- pink Himalayan salt

Everything past the first course for a few minutes Strong Kangen water pH 11.0 which smooths the flavor.

On Himalayan salt I would like to say a few words. I do not know until the day when I was given a bottle. The salt crystals are not pink, unlike the refined salt and sea salt also, in isolation, but bind to the surrounding minerals, making it rich and full of energy. And 'better for our health due to its crystalline structure, which makes it particularly suitable for food use. Another thing that came strongly into my diet are almonds and hazelnuts held to soak in Kangen water pH 9.5 overnight. Crispy, sweet and instill an incredible charge. They have become my breakfast and my favorite snack accompanied by a green tea.

The result I'm getting a couple of weeks in this part is a ' energy phenomenal too little sleep but in a profound way how many years I was going on. My body is benefiting from it beyond belief. The bearings are almost gone around the waist. And it is only the beginning !!!!!
