02/22/2011 The Committee of ass. for Peace and Human Rights with the participation and distress following the dramatic events of recent days in Libya: the victory of the popular non-violent protest in Tunisia and Egypt served as a lesson clearly not the ferocious regime Gaddafi, which responds to events by hiring mercenaries in Africa, firing rockets at the people and giving the Islamic uprising in a conspiracy and dark maneuvers foreign!
Faced with this tragic situation strongly condemn:
- the violent repression unleashed by Gaddafi against the legitimate demands of the demonstrators.
denounce:
- the hypocrisy of Europe, which argued for years after Qaddafi, selling weapons and nuclear technology, now realizes that it is a bloodthirsty dictator.
- in particular Italy condemn Italy, which supports the cynical blackmail Gaddafi, always ready to threaten to terminate its wicked collaboration "containment" of illegal immigration (ie inhuman concentration camps where immigrants disappear rejected by the "civilized" European countries).
reiterate:
- our support to any violent protests in Libya.
- the certainty that the wind of change started blowing in Tunisia will not stop, reducing in Libya yet another regime in power for decades.
We hope that the terrible price paid in blood so far is still rising and that Libya may begin a new era of democracy and freedom, according to the deepest needs of the people.
