The "Cineforum San Paolo", Lido of Este, a cultural association that adheres to ' ANCCI (National Association of Italian Film circles) and to ' ACEC (Catholic Cinema Exhibitors' Association), is pleased to announce the opening of his business is running a series of films and documentaries dedicated to the theme Environmental protection and social commitment, in collaboration with Legambiente of Comacchio.

The first event is Sunday next April 18: Report of the episode will be shown, common Evil (2009), a journalistic investigation on urban sprawl and land consumption in the regions of Lazio, Lombardia and Veneto.
For the second round, Sunday, May 2, is provided for the movie by Marco Tullio Giordana, The Hundred Steps (2000), the work of civil commitment is that the fight against the Sicilian mafia through the history of Peppino Impastato.
The third date, Sunday, May 30, we will present Hands Over the City (1963) by Francesco Rosi, film denounces politics, winning the Golden Lion at Venice, gave rise to several controversies.
Finally, Monday, June 14, will be the turn of the documentary produced by WWF and Legambiente Parma Parma, threatened Soil (2009), dedicated to the use of agricultural land in the so-called Food Valley, Parma's plain that presents itself to the world as the capital of Italian 'food.

For the first meeting next Sunday we will have the honor to make a connection via Skype Michael Good, an author of the report The common evil, which will introduce the screening.
